I do a lot of work w/ our dev & design teams on new products, features, improvements, feedback, testing, etc.
The feedback & testing stuff is my least favorite…
But it’s obviously critical, & I’ve got an eye for even the slightest pixel imperfection.
As soon as a flawed page loads, I’m thinking, “What’s going on there?”
It’s a blessing & a curse.
In the future, I’ll hire a manager for this role.
Until that day, I’ll continue doing the “final reviews” myself.
I do LOVE the idea generation part.
Creating wireframes is when I’m in my flow state.
HOURS can go by when I’m working on something new & I don’t even realize it.
I’m borderline cracked out w/ adrenaline.
The new Sticky Bar V2 we’re rolling out in the next 60 days is a perfect example of that.
Just thinking about it drives my heart rate up a couple notches.
These projects typically have me juggling Trello, Invision, Jing, Jira, Moqups, Google docs, etc.
Recently, I was introduced to a tracking tool…
And my first mini project on it that would’ve taken 20+ mins took less than 10.
That’s a big deal.
If you or your team do product dev…
Or you just need to provide feedback on a website, check this solution out.
I’m a fan.
